Nicola is a technologist with over two decades of experience in the tech sector. She is the founder of Nicola Martin Coaching & Consultancy and a professional career coach, with specialised training in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Nicola is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in software engineering and is a recognised thought leader in quality and software engineering.

Nicola’s work has earned her numerous accolades, including appearances on the UKTech50 long list and the Computer Weekly Most Influential Women in UK Tech List (Top 50).
