Crystal Guerard
Crystal carries the same spirit of the “house of Stephanas” in that she has devoted herself to the ministry of the saints” (1 Corinthians 16:15). Crystal accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior in her early teenage years. As she grew in her relationship with Jesus, she became actively involved in the church serving and leading various ministries such as director of Beaconettes (young girl’s ministry), youth ministry director, prophetic intercessory teams, deliverance ministry, director of worship ministry, and mentored teenage girls. Crystal found her passion and grew in the areas of teaching, prophetic intercession and worship. She acknowledged her anointing and gifting' to impact and empower lives.
Her education includes cosmetology licensing, Certification in Business Management, and Associate Degree in Business Administration. She received ministerial training and completed Bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies & Social Work. In addition, she has received certification to be a Crisis Prevention Institute instructor.
Crystal is a wife and a mother of three. She serves as the Director of Clients’ Services at the Emergency Services Safe House in Mercer County, NJ where she oversees client services, collaborate with the Vice President of Emergency services with the supervision of staff, and provides crisis intervention for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. She is the co-founder and Administrator of House Of Prayer International Ministries, Inc (HOPIM) of Burlington, NJ. Crystal servers in a supportive role of overseeing HOPIM alongside of her husband Pastor Mathias A Guerard. The Holy Spirit has expanded her calling and established Casting My Pearls Ministries which is an outreach ministry of HOPIM to impart godly wisdom and revelation; to disciple women in the Word of God and in the demonstration of the Holy Ghost power.
